Marinated in fresh lime juice, red onions, and cilantro

IIceberg lettuce salad with tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, corn, red bell peppers and tortillas drizzle with queso fresco and dressed with herbs/cilantro vinaigrette.

2ND COURSE

1. Pork Lomo Saltado

Stir-Fried pork sautéed with onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and yellow chili. Served with a side of rice and fried potatoes

2. Shrimp Pasta

Served with green peas, red bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, and linguini pasta with Huancaina sauce (Peruvian spicy yellow chili cream sauce) top with parmesan cheese.

 

3. Chile Relleno

Poblano Chile stuffed cheese. Topped with Jack-Cheddar cheese, red sauce and baked. Served with rice and sauteed vegetables.

3RD COURSE

1. Tres Leches

Soft vanilla cake filled with Grand Marnier and three types of milk.

2. Flan de Coco

Coconut caramelized custard (a classic dessert with a Caribbean twist).
